By using Restock Tracker you agree to the terms below. They cover what we offer, what we don't, and what we expect from you. If you don't agree with any of it, please don't use the service.

What we do

Restock Tracker monitors public retailer product pages and sends you a push notification when a tracked product comes back in stock. The site is free to use.

Eligibility & your account

You need to be 13 or older to use the service. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under it. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has your credentials.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• Scrape, mirror, or republish our data at scale without permission.
• Try to break, overload, or get around the rate limits on our APIs.
• Use the site to harass people, spam, post illegal content, or abuse the comments.
• Pretend to be someone else, or share an account with people whose access you can't vouch for.

We can remove content, suspend accounts, or block traffic that breaks these rules, usually after a warning and immediately if it's egregious.

Comments

You own what you write. By posting a comment you give us a non-exclusive licence to display, store, and moderate it on the site. We can remove comments that break the acceptable-use rules or that we'd rather not host. We don't pre-screen everything, so flag anything that needs attention.

Stock data is best-effort

Stock status, prices, and restock timestamps shown on the site come from publicly available retailer information. We do our best to reflect the current state of each product, but the data can be wrong, stale, or delayed by seconds-to-minutes, and we don't guarantee its accuracy. Always verify on the retailer's own page before relying on what you see here. We don't guarantee a notification will reach you in time to buy a product. Even if delivery is instant, popular drops sell out in seconds.

Retailers & affiliate links

We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of Target, Walmart, Amazon, GameStop, or any other retailer named on the site. Trademarks belong to their owners.

Some outbound "buy" links include affiliate tracking parameters. If you buy something after clicking one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It doesn't change the products we track or what we tell you about them.

As-is, no warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that notifications will always be timely or delivered at all. Use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of Restock Tracker, including missed restocks, prices you couldn't get in time, or anything you bought (or didn't) based on what the site told you. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we can take down the service if we decide to stop running it (we'll give reasonable notice if there's enough notice to give).

Changes

If we materially change these terms we'll update the date at the top and, if you have an account, email you before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
